Not a section 10.7 planning certificate. Official NSW planning layers, explained. Details
Method and sources
- Cadastre: NSW Cadastre lot layer, State of NSW (Spatial Services), CC BY 4.0. Each lot is placed by an interior point; its area is computed from the published boundary (generalised to about 1 m).
- Planning: EPI Primary Planning Layers and Hazard layers, NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure, CC BY 4.0. A layer is shown only where a Local Environmental Plan maps it: “not mapped” means absent from the state layer, not “no control”.
- Bush fire prone land: NSW Rural Fire Service 2024, CC BY.
- Market: Rent and Sales Report, NSW Department of Communities and Justice, CC BY 4.0 — sales January–March 2026, rents April–June 2026; figures for 10 sales or fewer are not published.
Data read on 24 October 2026. Owners are not in these datasets and are not shown.
